This merchant was the only one I found on the internet that guaranteed the part was the correct type for my vacuum (Thermax vacuum cleaner motorized power head). My vacuum cleaner is 16 years old and I was facing the prospect of purchasing a new vacuum at a department store if I could not find a replacement part for my thermax. I received the part within one week of my order. The pictures on the website also helped me feel confident I was purchasing the right part. I would definitely use Rainbow-Supplies again. I feel like I have a new vacuum cleaner!

The order was delivered promptly. The only complaint that I have is that they sold me two scents they were out of and did not recieve them in my order. They did however make-up for this by continuing to give me the large order discount that I should have recieved with the shipment of the other two scents. Overall…great!
